Office

We are thankful for the office team, those who have come and gone over the years, and for God's provision in bringing the right people at the right time. Please pray especially for Lisa Donald as she leaves us in the summer to explore further the possibility of going to Pakistan. In light of that, please also pray that we find the right person to take over Lisa's job as Conference Secretary and Administration Assistant.

Pool

Please pray that we will be able to find a lifeguard to come for Spring School and stay through the summer. There are some holidays that need covering during the Spring term and the summer is our busiest time.

Kitchen and Housekeeping

As we begin to think about the planning and preparation that it will take to move over to the new building when it is complete.

Bible School

Please pray that those students who will be returning home after six months of Bible School would remain strong in what they have learned during this time, and will continue to grow in their faith and be lights for the Lord Jesus in their communities. Also pray that those students who will be joining us for Spring School would quickly settle alongside those remaining from Winter School and that there would be a unity and sensitivity for all that God wants to do and give during these two months.

Farm

Due to major changes in the Common Agricultural Policy in 2005 there is some uncertainty about the future of farming here at the Hall. This is also linked to the possibility of putting in a Biomass Heating System and the extra work that this would generate. Therefore, we would appreciate your prayers for wisdom of the One who knows the future and knows what is best for His work here.

Summer Programme

Please Pray Particularly for People (P.P.P.P.) The guests who come here on holiday, that they will receive what God wants them to receive, especially the best gift of all—Jesus Christ. Pray too for the speakers, that they will know God's wisdom as they present His truth to the guests. Pray also for the staff that will be on our guest team, whether it be past students or permanent staff, as they get ready to give of themselves to the guests.

Information Technology

Pray for the I.T. team as we take on new technology and development, especially in respect to the installation of a new telephone system and the redesign of the Capernwray Hall and Capernwray Bible School web sites.

Maintenance and Building

Please pray for wisdom as there are many decisions to be made as we continue with the inside of the new dining hall. We would also value your prayers for the financial side of things as we trust God to provide the funds to complete this project. A specific request from the crew working at the site is for skilled labourers to be led to come and help out on the project so that it will be finished on schedule.
